We are looking for a hard-core, target-driven Sales Professional to join our growing Mortgage Sales team.
If you are someone who understands the UAE mortgage market, has strong sales skills, and already has a solid network across banks, real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and property consultants, we would like to hear from you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new mortgage leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and existing market relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property consultants, developers, and direct property buyers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and eligibility assessment to application submission and closure.
• Build strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate competitive financing solutions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert enquiries into successful mortgage applications.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent relationship management.
• Stay updated with UAE mortgage products, lending criteria, interest rates, LTV/DSR requirements, and market trends.

• 💼 Existing client/property database and market relationships will be an advantage
• 💡 Self-motivated, aggressive in business development, and capable of generating independent leads

• Ability to work independently and develop your own sales pipeline.
• Candidates with an existing network of banks, brokers, developers, and real estate professionals are highly preferred.
