Job Responsibilities
Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, cafeterias, and other retail outlets on an assigned route.
Sell and distribute grocery/FMCG products directly from the company van.
Take customer orders and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Find new customers and increase sales in the assigned territory.
Load, arrange, and maintain products inside the delivery van.
Check stock levels, expiry dates, and product displays.
Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
Prepare sales invoices and delivery documents.
Follow company pricing, promotions, and credit policies.
Report daily sales, collections, stock, and market information to the supervisor.
Ensure the van is clean, properly maintained, and used safely.
Requirements
Previous van sales/FMCG/grocery sales experience is preferred.
UAE market experience is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of local grocery shops and routes is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is usually required.
Basic English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu can be an advantage depending on the customer base.
