**Location:** Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Representative to join our team.
**Requirements:**
* Experience purchasing fruits and vegetables from Al Aweer Market
* Good knowledge of suppliers, produce quality, and market prices
* **Must be able to speak English, Urdu, and Malayalam**
* Valid UAE driving licence
* Strong negotiation and supplier coordination skills
* Willingness to work in the market during early morning hours
**Responsibilities:**
* Source fresh fruits and vegetables
* Compare supplier prices and inspect product quality
* Negotiate purchases and coordinate deliveries
* Maintain accurate purchasing records
