About the Role

Grandnur is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to support customer relationships, follow up on leads, coordinate sales activities, and contribute to business development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales while gaining international market exposure. As part of the role, you may have the opportunity to travel with the company to exhibitions and trade shows around the world where Grandnur participates, allowing you to interact with international customers, understand global markets, and develop valuable international business experience.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Manager to support day-to-day sales activities.
Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information about products and services.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
Assist in generating new sales leads and identifying potential business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Assist the Sales Manager with quotations, orders, customer requirements, and sales coordination.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and company events locally and internationally.
Represent Grandnur professionally when interacting with customers, partners, and international visitors.
Be willing to travel internationally as required for exhibitions and business activities.
Learn about international markets, customer requirements, and industry trends.
Carry out other sales-related responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Excellent at communication and customer follow-up.
Comfortable speaking with customers from different countries and cultures.
Professional, presentable, and positive in their approach.
Organized and capable of managing multiple customer follow-ups.

Willing and able to travel internationally for exhibitions.
Previous sales or customer-service experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

The candidate must have their own valid visa/work authorization for the probation period.

Upon successful completion of the probation period, the employment arrangement will continue in accordance with company policy and applicable UAE employment regulations.
International travel for company exhibitions will be arranged and supported by the company as required.
