Charter Interior Design is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The role will focus on generating new business opportunities and bringing projects related to:
* Interior Design
* Fit-Out Works
* Furniture & Joinery
* Renovation Works
* Residential & Commercial Projects
Responsibilities include:
* Finding and approaching potential clients
* Building relationships with property owners, brokers, investors, and businesses
* Generating qualified leads and new projects
* Following up with potential clients
* Arranging meetings and site visits
* Supporting the closing of new deals
Requirements:
* Previous sales or business development experience is preferred
* Experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, Real Estate, or Construction is an advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of the Dubai market
* Target-driven and proactive
Package:
* Fixed Salary
* Attractive Commission on Closed Projects
* Performance-based growth opportunity
* Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa
