We help businesses and developers secure the right financing — from working capital to large-scale project finance — with fast approvals and tailored structuring.

We're expanding our team and looking for driven Relationship Officers / Assistant Relationship Managers to help SMEs and corporates access the funding they need to grow.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ARM to join our founding team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing Credon Capital's corporate client base — engaging your professional network, nurturing company-provided leads, and guiding both through to successful closure. You'll represent Credon Capital professionally while supporting clients with tailored financial solutions and expert advisory.

Candidates with an established presence in the UAE's SME and corporate business banking community, and a track record of business development, will be particularly well-suited to this role. As Credon Capital continues to scale, this position offers a clear path toward leading and managing a full team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage professional relationships and market connections to identify new business opportunities
Convert qualified leads — both self-sourced and company-provided — into successful deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships in the corporate sector
Analyze financial statements and balance sheets to assess client needs
Prepare and present professional emails, proposals, and reports
Conduct client visits and meetings to strengthen relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal processing
Identify cross-selling opportunities for various financial products
Support compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and UAE regulations
Corporate Banking Responsibilities (Advanced Scope)

Client Relationship Management — Act as the primary contact for corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives and offering tailored solutions
Financial & Credit Assessment — Evaluate client financials, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate approvals
Advisory & Communication — Provide professional support and maintain consistent client engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with internal teams — credit, legal, and operations — for seamless execution
Market & Product Insight — Stay updated on financial trends and industry developments
Reporting & Documentation — Prepare client reports and performance summaries for management
Networking — Represent Credon Capital at events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility

Candidate Requirements

A well-established knowledge in SME and corporate business community, with a demonstrated ability to develop and grow a client portfolio
Strong working knowledge of SME and Corporate lending products (trade finance, working capital, CAPEX, project/contractor finance, etc.) — essential
Proven ability to analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and credit proposals
1–2+ years of experience in relationship management, corporate/business banking, trade finance, or a similar sales/credit role within the UAE market (banking or financial advisory background preferred)
Understanding of UAE banking documentation, compliance, and credit approval processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong written skills for professional proposals, reports, and client correspondence
Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership, and comfortable operating in a founding-team, fast-paced environment
