Open Positions 2. Sales Executive 3. Site Engineer/Site Supervisor 4. Skilled Workers * 1. Sales Executive* Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities across the UAE. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property owners. Promote Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, Civil, Maintenance, and Technical Services. Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. Coordinate with the estimation team and achieve monthly sales targets. Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Contracting, Renovation, Maintenance, or Technical Services. Proven ability to generate leads and secure projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out market. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Existing network of consultants, contractors, facility management companies, property managers, and clients will be an added advantage. Good spoken and written English. 2. Site Engineer / Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Prepare site reports, monitor progress, and manage manpower and materials. Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE site experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Renovation. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (for Site Engineer). Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation/review of drawings. Knowledge of MS Project (MSP) or Primavera will be an added advantage. Good planning, coordination, and communication skills. UAE Driving Licence is preferred. 3.
