Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive (Fresher or Experienced) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting products and services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
Cross-sell and up-sell products whenever appropriate.
Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and purchase orders.
Process customer purchases and ensure all transactions are completed correctly.
Follow company-provided sales scripts while effectively addressing customer concerns and objections.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls made and received.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
