Business Development Manager
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue for the company. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and support marketing initiatives that fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet growth and revenue targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts/agreements
Support marketing efforts including campaign planning, content input, and promotional activities to generate leads
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, positioning, and lead-generation strategies with business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives
Track performance metrics and report on business development and marketing-related activities to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required); MBA is a plus
3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth/revenue targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels (social media, campaigns, branding)
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluency in English (Arabic, hindi, urdu is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license preferred (if role involves client visits)
