# Key Responsibilities
* Generate new construction and fit-out projects.
* Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, property owners, and investors.

* Follow up with clients until projects are awarded.

* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction, contracting, fit-out, or business development.
* Strong network within the Dubai construction market.
* Proven ability to generate and close construction projects.

* Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
* Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
