Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with international clients, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth across Africa and CIS markets.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order completion and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

• Identify and generate potential business leads through online directories, social media platforms, industry networks, and other digital channels.
• Research companies, resellers, wholesalers, and potential buyers in target markets.
• Training and guidance will be provided on lead generation tools and processes.

2. Cold Calling & Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls to companies, resellers, wholesalers, and distributors across Africa and CIS countries.
• Identify key decision-makers, procurement managers, and business owners.
• Introduce company products and services while building strong business relationships.
• Manage and follow up on existing leads and assigned customer accounts.

3. Sales & Inquiry Management

• Understand customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quotations.
• Prepare offers and ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful orders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to order confirmation.

4. Order Coordination & Customer Support

• Ensure customers receive regular updates regarding order processing, shipment status, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the transaction.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Collect customer feedback and use insights to improve service quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
• Identify repeat business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships.

6. Account Management

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer purchasing patterns and proactively identify future requirements.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with international clients.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in handling international clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
