Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive – Apparel to join our growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the wholesale apparel business of Helly Hansen by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with suppliers. This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE apparel market, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the apparel wholesale business across the UAE.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new wholesale customers, including retailers, distributors, and trading companies.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international apparel suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans, and regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability objectives, and KPIs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the apparel industry within the UAE.
- Proven experience in apparel wholesale sales and managing B2B customer accounts.
- Established network of retailers, wholesalers, and trading companies in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Experience in supplier sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent business development capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
