Location: Business Bay, Dubai , UAE
Ebdaat Media & Marketing is looking for a motivated, confident, and energetic *Female Sales & Account Executive* to join our growing team.
The primary focus of this role will be to build partnerships with *beauty salons, spas, and beauty professionals, promote membership in the **Lab of Beauty* mobile app, and introduce Ebdaat's digital marketing services to businesses across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit beauty salons, spas, and beauty businesses to introduce the *Lab of Beauty* mobile app and encourage membership.
• Develop new business opportunities for Ebdaat's media, marketing, branding, and digital services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their marketing needs and business objectives.
• Present the company's services, proposals, and membership packages.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the internal team.
• Obtain customer approvals for marketing campaigns and content.
• Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
• *Female candidate.*
• Fluent in *Arabic and English* (spoken and written). Arabic is highly preferred.
• Minimum *2 years* of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in the beauty, media, marketing, or advertising industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Own car is preferred, as the role requires regular client visits across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
