E-Commerce & Digital Operations Executive
We are seeking a proactive and organized E-Commerce & Digital Operations Executive to manage customer inquiries, social media, digital marketing, product catalogues, online sales records, logistics coordination, and reporting.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience in social media management and customer service
2. Good communication and organizational skills
3. Knowledge of Canva, basic graphic design, and video editing
4. Ability to manage WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media inquiries
5. Experience maintaining sales records and preparing reports
6. Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and email campaigns
7. Knowledge of perfumes or beauty products is an advantage
