We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented General Manager to oversee our established car showrooms in Dubai and Fujairah.
Our dealerships are well-established in the UAE market and are listed with major banks, providing customers with convenient vehicle financing options. We are seeking a motivated leader who can drive sales, build high-performing teams, and take our business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of both showrooms.
Lead and inspire the sales and operations teams.
Increase vehicle sales and overall business profitability.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance partners.
Oversee inventory, pricing, and stock management.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure monthly sales targets and business objectives are achieved.
Requirements
Proven experience in a General Manager, Sales Manager, or senior management role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market.
Experience with vehicle financing and bank approvals is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches and lead successful teams.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
