Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
Identify and approach potential clients.
Present and promote our company's services professionally.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
Report daily and monthly performance to the management team.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, reception, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, branding, or design services is a plus (not mandatory).
