**Role:** Executive Assistant & Government Liaison Officer **Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Fluency Required:** Native/Professional Arabic & Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and highly organized bilingual professional to directly support the Director. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role requiring a blend of executive administration, client management, and government relations. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, sharp problem-solving skills, and a "get things done" attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Executive Support:** Manage the Director’s calendar, coordinate high-level meetings, organize corporate events, and handle travel arrangements (including traveling with the Director for business when required). * **Government & Portal Management:** Efficiently handle, review, and submit client applications through various UAE government portals. * **Public Relations & Liaison:** Visit government departments and authorities physically to expedite processes, resolve queries, and represent the company. * **Client Advisory:** Serve as a polished first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a premium experience.
**Requirements:**
* Exceptional communication skills in both **English and Arabic** (essential for dealing with government entities and local clients). * Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor with a strong personality. * Proven ability to multitask under pressure and work independently. * Prior experience with UAE government portals and corporate administration is highly preferred. * Valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
