Position Purpose The Business Development Executive / Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting the company’s workforce and business solutions, and contributing to revenue growth across the UAE market. This role requires a highly motivated, commercially focused professional with strong relationship building skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to identify and develop long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
-Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research.
-Promote the company’s workforce solutions and operational services to prospective clients.
-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
-Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals and quotations.
-Support contract negotiation and closing activities.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong and sustainable client relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
-Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
-Understand client workforce and operational requirements.
-Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure service delivery.
-Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
-Develop and sustain long-term business relationships with key accounts.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
-Identify new sectors, clients, and service expansion opportunities.
-Support business growth and strategic expansion initiatives.
-Provide regular market feedback and business insights to management.
Internal Coordination and Reporting
-Coordinate with operations, HR, visa, and finance teams as required.
-Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for new clients.
-Follow internal sales procedures and reporting requirements.
-Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
-UAE sales experience is preferred.
-Experience in manpower or operational outsourcing, staffing, facilities management, HR services, workforce solutions, corporate sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
-Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Required Experience
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Salary range from AED 7000 to AED 10000 plus incentives
