A Forex Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting trading services, maintaining client relationships, and helping clients understand financial markets and trading opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
* Contact potential clients and explain the company’s trading products and services.
* Convert leads into funded trading accounts.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Follow up regularly with clients regarding market opportunities and account activity.
* Educate clients about Forex, stocks, commodities, indices, and CFDs.
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
* Coordinate with account managers and support teams to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Forex, CFD, financial services, or sales.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial markets.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
* Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage in the UAE market).
* Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
