# Sales Manager – Automotive Industry
## Location
Dubai, UAE
## Salary
* Fixed salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month (depending on experience and interview results)
* KPI / Performance Bonus: Additional incentives based on sales results
* Expected total monthly compensation: AED 10,000 – 11,000+
* During the first 2 months (probation period), compensation structure will be agreed individually, with expected earnings of at least AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month including KPI incentives.
## Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
* Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional consultation.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
* Follow up with leads and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Prepare reports and update sales data regularly.
* Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide technical guidance regarding vehicles.
## Requirements
### Mandatory
* Proven experience in sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Strong knowledge of automobiles, including technical and mechanical aspects.
* Good computer skills, including:
* Microsoft Excel
* Google Sheets
* Basic use of AI tools such as ChatGPT
* CRM systems
* Organized and systematic approach to work, with attention to detail and accurate data entry.
* Age: 25–40 years.
* Valid driving license, or willingness to obtain one independently at own expense.
### Preferred
* Experience in the automotive industry.
* Additional languages such as Russian or Arabic.
* Existing network of clients within the automotive market.
