Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Business Executive to support our Microsoft Dynamics ERP business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in IT sales, and a strong ability to identify and engage potential customers through proactive prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development and Sales teams.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
Conduct initial requirement gathering and qualify opportunities.
Follow up on marketing campaigns, inquiries, and leads.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Prior experience selling IT solutions, software, ERP, CRM, cloud services, or technology products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and lead qualification skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or business applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and digital transformation solutions.
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
