Job Summary
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, promoting real estate projects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
Promote real estate projects and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or property viewings for the sales team.
Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales.
Must have successfully closed at least one off-plan real estate project.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Attractive commission structure will be provided based on successful sales and target achievement.
