We are looking for a sharp, autonomous E-Commerce Pricing & Revenue Specialist based in
Dubai to manage sales throughput and maximize profitability across a highly volatile, fast-paced
global marketplace. While this role is not on Amazon, the ideal candidate must possess deep
experience managing Amazon Seller Central, specifically winning and maintaining the Buy Box
in brutal, price-sensitive environments. You will monitor market movements across multiple
worldwide websites where prices fluctuate by the minute, making split-second decisions to
optimize volume without sacrificing minimum margin thresholds. Crucially, you are not just a
manual operator. You will serve as the "brain" for our tech team—mapping out your logic and
pricing strategies so our developers can build internal automation tools to replicate your
processes.

*Key Responsibilities*
● Global Price & Margin Management: Actively monitor multiple international websites
and global competitor movements to adjust pricing minute-by-minute. Maximize sales
throughput when market prices rise, and hold the line when they drop.
● Guardrail Compliance: Execute pricing strategies strictly within set profitability
parameters. You will have full autonomy to operate, provided you never breach the
absolute minimum margin floor.
● Developer Collaboration & Blueprinting: Document, explain, and reverse-engineer
your manual pricing logic. Work hand-in-hand with our development team to translate
your cognitive workflow into automated software algorithms.
● Market Intelligence: Track global trends, competitor stock levels, and platform
algorithmic shifts across international digital ecosystems to anticipate market swings.

*Required Skills & Qualifications *
● The "Buy Box" Mentality: Proven track record in Amazon Seller Central (or identical
hyper-competitive platforms) handling high-volume, low-margin, high-frequency pricing
battles.
● Flawless Unit Economics: An analytical mindset that instantly calculates net margins,
factoring in international platform fees, logistics, and cost of goods sold (COGS) on the
fly.
● High IT Literacy & Technical Communication: Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency is
mandatory. You must be comfortable speaking the language of logic, parameters, and
workflows to developers.
● Autonomy: Exceptional decision-making skills under pressure. You don't wait for
permission; you execute based on the guardrails provided.
● Local Compliance: Must be physically based in the UAE with a valid visa.

*What We Offer*
● Salary: AED 4,500 / month (starting), increasing to AED 5,500 / month upon
