Position: Outdoor Sales Executive
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely payment collections from customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
* Prospect potential clients and generate qualified leads across various industries.
* Conduct regular visits to corporate offices, construction companies, retail businesses, factories, and industrial clients.
* Promote the company's full range of products and services to prospective customers.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable branding and promotional solutions.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Generation
* Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
* Successfully close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Continuously expand the customer base and generate repeat orders.
Reporting & Payment Collection
* Maintain accurate records of client visits, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups.
* Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience in Printing, Advertising, Signage, Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, or Trading industries is an added advantage but not mandatory.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE for client meetings.
* Candidates currently residing in Dubai are preferred.
* Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary
* AED 2,500 - 3000 per month
