Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Forex Trading
Company: AUS Global
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 + High Performance-Based Commission
Job Overview:
AUS Global is seeking dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Executives to join our growing forex trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our forex trading services, and converting leads into active clients. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and databases
Introduce and explain AUS Global’s forex trading services and investment opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/trading team
Follow up on client inquiries and maintain consistent communication
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
Stay updated on forex market trends and company offerings
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (forex or financial background preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of forex trading is a plus (training can be provided)
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Positive attitude, confidence, and strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month
