We are Hiring: Business Developer – Fit-Out Contracting Company (Dubai)
A leading interior fit-out contracting company based in Dubai is seeking to hire a Business Developer to join its growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
- Identify and pursue fit-out project opportunities across the UAE.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and project teams.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the fit-out or interior contracting industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- A strong network within the Dubai market is highly preferred.
