Vertex Capital Group is Hiring – Indoor Sales Executives | Dubai
Vertex Capital Group is looking for motivated, high-energy, and experienced Indoor Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are a target-driven professional who thrives on closing deals and earning massive rewards, we want you on our sales floor!
Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Commissions: Very attractive & uncapped commission structure
Location: Dubai, UAE (In-Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Handle incoming customer inquiries, pitch our financial services, and convert high-quality leads into successful deals.
Client Follow-ups: Actively follow up with potential clients to build momentum and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain exceptional, professional relationships with investors and clients.
Target Mastery: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales KPIs to maximize your earning potential.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Sales Track Record: Previous sales experience is mandatory, with a proven history of hitting targets and achieving goals.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in indoor sales, telesales, financial markets, or marketing is highly preferred.
Power Communicator: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. You must be confident and persuasive on the phone.
