Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Handle company-provided leads professionally.
Contact clients and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, payment plans, ROI, and investment opportunities.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
Follow up with clients regularly and maintain strong relationships.
Assist clients throughout the booking and closing process.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain CRM updates and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

Requirements
Previous sales or real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of Dubai and Indian property market is an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Professional attitude and presentation skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi preferred.
