Our work includes furniture supply, lighting solutions, lighting design coordination, BOQ support, value engineering, project sourcing, and commercial procurement coordination for office, hospitality, residential, educational, retail, and commercial projects.

We are currently expanding our project development and business acquisition activities across GCC and are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals who are interested in building long-term careers in commercial projects, interiors, business development, and GCC market operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Development Associate will support project lead generation, consultant and contractor engagement, project coordination, and commercial opportunity development across Qatar.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated, relationship-driven, commercially aware, and interested in learning how GCC commercial projects and procurement ecosystems operate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation
• Generate new commercial project opportunities
• Identify potential projects, contractors, consultants, and fit-out companies
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, consultants, procurement teams, and contractors
• Conduct meetings and follow-ups with project stakeholders
• Support commercial outreach and market expansion activities

Project Coordination Support

• Assist in collecting project BOQs, drawings, and requirements
• Coordinate project inquiries with backend commercial and technical teams
• Follow up quotations, submissions, and project discussions
• Support communication between clients and internal coordination teams
• Assist with project tracking and reporting

Market & Client Relationship Development

• Build long-term relationships within the Qatar projects market
• Maintain professional communication with consultants and contractors
• Identify repeat business opportunities and project pipelines
• Support strategic relationship-building activities within the construction and interiors industry

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain lead and project updates within internal CRM systems
• Submit regular activity and project progress updates
• Track meetings, inquiries, quotations, and follow-up status
