Job Details
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and documentation. The PRO will play a key role in ensuring smooth processing of visas, licenses, and regulatory approvals for clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all government-related transactions (Immigration, Labour, DED, Free Zones)
Process employment visas, investor visas, cancellations, and renewals
Liaise with government authorities for approvals and documentation
Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses and company documents
Submit and collect documents from relevant government departments
Maintain records of all legal and official documents
Keep up-to-date with UAE laws, regulations, and procedures
Support business setup team with documentation and approvals
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and portals
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong organizational and documentation skills
