[Job Summary]
We are Golden Century Motors (GCM), a premier dealership specializing in the export and local retail of high-end Chinese automotive brands. We are looking for a high-performance Sales Executive who is not just a closer, but a digital creator. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process: from creating engaging content on social media to driving leads and closing deals in our showroom.

[Key Responsibilities]
Full-Cycle Digital Ownership: Independently manage and grow our social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, conversion-focused content (short-form videos, VSLs, photos, and ad copy) that highlights the unique specs and "vibes" of our vehicles.

Lead Generation & Management: Proactively identify and engage potential customers online, respond to inquiries, and convert digital interest into showroom visits.

The "Full-Circle" Close: Own the entire sales journey—from the first "Hello" on social media to the test drive, negotiation, and final vehicle delivery.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of automotive market trends in the UAE, specifically within the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sector, to keep our content and sales strategy sharp.

[Requirements]
Proven Automotive Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the UAE automotive industry. Experience with Chinese NEV brands is a major plus.

Digital Mastery: Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and content creation. You have a "creator's eye" and know what goes viral.

Conversion-Driven Mindset: You don't just count "Likes"; you count "Sales." You understand how to turn a digital follower into a paying customer.

Communication Excellence: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to engage with our diverse customer base.

Independence: A self-starter who can manage their own calendar, handle content production timelines, and exceed monthly sales targets without constant supervision.

Professional Presence: Ability to represent GCM professionally both online (in videos) and offline (in person with high-net-worth clients).
