Alpha Teknik Industries LLC, a leading manufacturer of polyethylene water tanks in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales operations across the country.
With an established presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Umm Al Quwain, the company serves a wide range of sectors including construction, MEP, retail, industrial, and agricultural markets.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders including MEP contractors, consultants, distributors, and industrial clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors
• Establish strong working relationships with consultants and MEP engineers to ensure product specification in upcoming projects
• Manage and expand the company’s distributor and retail network across the UAE
• Provide technical consultation to clients regarding tank selection, capacity, UV protection, and installation requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budget plans
• Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate water storage solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and collection targets
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts including contractors, traders, and project consultants
• Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory standards (DM & ADM) in all sales activities
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in building materials, MEP, plastics, or water storage solutions
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) and Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations related to water storage systems
• Established network with contractors, consultants, wholesalers, and retailers in the UAE market
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong and highly preferred advantage
• Additional language skills (Hindi or Urdu) are also considered beneficial
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE
