We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Telesales Executive to become part of our sales team. The successful candidate will engage with prospective and existing customers by phone, present our products and services, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to business growth through effective customer communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company offerings.
Identify potential clients and develop new sales opportunities.
Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
Work towards achieving assigned sales goals and performance targets.
Update and maintain customer details, call records, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Respond to customer questions, address concerns, and manage objections effectively.
Follow up with interested customers to secure sales and strengthen engagement.
Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service and sales coordination.
Keep up to date with product features, current pricing, and promotional offers.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in [Required Language(s)].
A positive attitude with the ability to remain focused in the face of rejection.
Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of CRM systems.
Good listening, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
