Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities for auditing, accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and business consultancy services.
• Proactively approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, email marketing, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable audit, accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, MOU agreements, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal audit, accounting, and tax teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development progress.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably with an audit firm, accounting firm & tax consultancy.
• Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring new clients, and meeting sales targets.
• Good understanding of UAE audit, accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Established professional network within the UAE business community is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and business communication tools.
• Fluency in English is required other languages are an advantage.
