Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales exhibition executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and exhibition management, with a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) permit process. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their exhibition needs and requirements.
• Manage the entire sales process for exhibitions, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Ensure compliance with DWTC & ADNEC permit regulations and assist clients in obtaining necessary permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of exhibitions and events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the exhibition process.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and exhibition management within the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Local permit processes and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
