About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced **Brokerage Solutions Manager** with strong end-to-end knowledge of the **Forex/CFD brokerage ecosystem**.

This is a senior role combining **brokerage technology, operations, product, risk, and solution design**. You will act as the key link between management, operations, dealing/risk, compliance, finance, technology teams, and external vendors.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and support **MetaTrader 5 (MT5)** infrastructure, configurations, account types, symbols, spreads, commissions, swaps, leverage, margin and trading conditions.
* Work with **Liquidity Providers, Prime of Prime providers, bridges, aggregators and FIX/API integrations**.
* Understand and support **A-Book, B-Book and hybrid brokerage models**, exposure management and execution risk.
* Manage **CRM, client cabinet and back-office systems** across the full client lifecycle.
* Support **KYC, onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, wallets and account management**.
* Work with **payment providers, PSPs, crypto payment solutions and KYC/AML providers**.
* Design and support **IB, Affiliate, Master IB, Sub-IB and multi-tier partner structures**.
* Coordinate integrations with **social/copy trading, PAMM/MAM, risk tools, analytics and brokerage plugins**.
* Lead **UAT, deployment, incident management and post-launch monitoring**.
* Manage relationships with technology vendors, liquidity providers, payment providers, KYC vendors and other strategic partners.

### Requirements

* **5+ years of relevant experience** in Forex/CFD brokerage, brokerage technology, fintech or trading operations.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of **MetaTrader 5 and brokerage infrastructure**.
* Strong understanding of **CRM, client cabinet and back-office operations**.
* Experience with **Liquidity Providers, bridges/gateways, payment systems, KYC providers and IB systems**.
* Working knowledge of **FIX/API integrations**.
* Strong understanding of **A-Book/B-Book/Hybrid models, risk management and execution mechanics**.
* Experience in **business analysis, requirement gathering, UAT and production releases**.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
