Job Details
The Documents Clearing Typist is responsible for preparing, typing, submitting, and following up on various government and business-related applications and documents. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, good knowledge of UAE government procedures, and the ability to deal professionally with customers and government platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and type applications, forms, letters, declarations, contracts, and other official documents.
Process transactions through UAE government and authority portals.
Assist customers with visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and other immigration-related services.
Prepare and submit applications related to Emirates ID, medical fitness, entry permits, residence visas, and other government services.
Handle applications and transactions related to MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Free Zones, and other relevant authorities.
Assist with trade license applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and company-related documentation.
