Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales and Business Development Manager with existing relations in the construction and real estate sector, to join our team supplying luxury Italian interior and furnishing packages.

Responsibilities:
- Identify small to medium-sized developers and interesting real estate projects.
- Create direct relationships with owners, management, project directors, procurement managers and purchasing departments.
- Present the organisation as a single collaborator for interior design, contract and supplies of Italian products.
- Promote the inclusion of partner companies in projects and specifications.
- Organize meetings, presentations and visits to the showroom.
- Prepare offers and manage negotiations until the closing of contracts.
- Develop a measurable business pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets.

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development in Dubai.
- Existing network with developers, construction companies or general contractors.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is beneficial.
- Direct access to management, purchasing managers and decision makers.
- Experience in the real estate, fit-out, interior design, contract, furniture or building materials sectors is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the Dubai market and commercial dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
