Customer Service Executive – Corporate Gifts

Location: Dubai - Al Qusais 4
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our corporate gifts company. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, handling enquiries, and following up with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle new customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other channels.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, and payments.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and production teams.
Prepare and send quotations and product details to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow up consistently.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 depending on experience and skills.
