Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, action logs, and progress reports.
-Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
-Prepare project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, risk registers, and status reports.
-Track project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
-Assist in preparing technical and commercial documentation.
-Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager.
-Coordinate client communications and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
-Support change management and documentation control processes.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and quality standards.
-Participate in project meetings and prepare detailed minutes and action items.
-Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
-Assist in project close-out activities, including documentation, handover, and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
-PMP Certification preferred.
-Candidates currently enrolled in PMP training or preparing for PMP certification are encouraged to apply.
-2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.
