A growing fit-out and renovation company in Dubai is looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive (Filipino) to help bring new clients and support business growth.
The main responsibility is to expand the business by finding new clients, generating leads, building relationships, and bringing new opportunities to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Find and generate new leads
- Approach potential clients, property managers, offices, shops, restaurants, and companies
- Follow up with enquiries and prospects
- Arrange client meetings and site visits
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team for quotations
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports
- Support marketing activities and company promotions
Requirements:
- Filipino candidate preferred
- Experience in fit-out, renovation, interiors, construction, maintenance, or related industry preferred
- UAE sales or marketing experience is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, organized, and target-driven
- Must be proactive in finding new business
Package:
- Starting salary: Basic + Commission
- Commission based on achieved sales
- Growth opportunity
