JUNIOR OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO START FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2026
For an Advertising & Branding Company in Dubai
Salary: AED 1,500/month (first 3 months)
PLUS PROGRESSIVE COMMISSIONS on new & repeat business

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Must speak English confidently
Good Communication and Negotiation skills
Positive mindset and a Team Player
Proactive, energetic and target-driven attitude.
Not afraid of rejection — NEVER GIVES UP.
Confident making calls, approaching clients and conducting field visits.
Persistent with follow-ups and focused on converting opportunities.
Enjoys meeting customers and winning business.
1–2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
🎯 WHAT WE OFFER
Salary AED 1,500/month during 3-month probation.
Salary revised to AED 2,500/month after successful completion of probation.
Product training and sales support.
Progressive sales commissions on both new and repeat business
Company post-paid SIM.
Conveyance allowance
Annual paid leave.
Basic health insurance
Annual air ticket allowance up to AED 2,000.
High Performers can earn monthly AED 12,000/- and beyond
Candidates on visit visa can apply.
