Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Forex or financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within the Forex and financial services industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue and expand market presence.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Present the company’s services in a professional and persuasive manner to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client support, and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to support commercial planning.
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, client communications, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, and the broader financial markets.
Previous experience in business development, Forex consultancy, brokerage, or financial services.
Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
