iTrust Global is hiring a Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Dubai.

We are looking for a motivated and confident professional who can handle sales, client communication, lead follow-ups, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable appearing in informative social media videos and creating content related to immigration, visas, HR consultancy, and related services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Management

• Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable iTrust Global services
• Conduct sales consultations and convert qualified leads into clients
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle client questions and objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Social Media & Content

• Create informative and engaging content for social media platforms
• Appear in short daily videos explaining immigration, visa, HR consultancy, and related topics
• Research relevant industry topics and convert them into useful social media content
• Write short blogs, captions, scripts, and informational posts
• Support the company's social media presence and online visibility
• Identify relevant topics, trends, and frequently asked client questions for content creation
• Coordinate with the internal team on content ideas and campaigns
• Maintain consistency in daily social media activities

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
• Experience in immigration, visa, education, recruitment, HR consultancy, real estate, financial services, or another consultative sales environment is an advantage
• Filipino and Nepalese candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking on camera and willingness to appear in social media videos
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to research topics and explain information clearly
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
