We are a Dubai-based company providing premium AI technology, investment-related solutions, business services, and professional training, with products and services ranging from USD 6,000 to USD 300,000+.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced, confident and highly driven sales professional who knows how to CLOSE.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We are particularly interested in professionals coming from Dubai Real Estate, Investment & Financial Services, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Technology/SaaS, Corporate Services, or other high-ticket sales environments.

Your Role

You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through meetings, presentations, negotiations and closing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads
Manage and convert company-generated leads
Conduct professional client meetings in person and online
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Present and sell premium, high-value products and services
Follow up consistently and strategically with prospects
Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms
Close high-ticket deals
Develop long-term relationships with clients
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a closer, not simply a lead generator!

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of proven sales or business development experience;
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
Demonstrable experience closing high-value deals;
Excellent English communication skills;
Strong negotiation, presentation and objection-handling skills;
Confidence dealing with business owners, investors, executives and high-net-worth clients;
Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills;
Strong commercial awareness;
Professional appearance and communication style;
Self-motivated, competitive and highly target-driven mindset;
Experience working with CRM and managing a structured sales pipeline.

UAE sales experience is strongly preferred.
