HASHTAG RESTAURANT IS LOOKINF FOR ARABIC RESTAURANT MANAGER.
The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations:
Oversee shift execution, floor management, opening and closing procedures, and coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse multi-cultural service staff.
Guest Relations:
greet VIP or Arabic-speaking guests, and resolve customer feedback swiftly.
Financial Management: Monitor daily sales, manage labor costs, handle cash controls, and support budgeting goals.
Compliance & Inventory: Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards; manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
