A well known brand across Pakistan now hiring for its fast food restaurants.
This Job is for PAKISTAN only
Key responsibilities include;
Implementing and maintaining company operating standards, food safety procedures and quality assurance programmes .
Monitoring key performance indicators KPI’s and developing action plans to improve restaurant performance .
Collaborating with supply chain , procurement, marketing and training teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Conducting regular site audits , operational reviews .
Identifying opportunities for innovation, cost reduction and continuous improvement across the business.
Having excellent verbal and written English communication skills degree holder in HRM , food service or any business management related field from a good institute.
At least 3-5 years experience working as Manager Operations preferably from a quick serve restaurant.
Remuneration is commensurate with qualification, skills knowledge and experience.
