Job Details
An exciting opportunity is available for a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain service standards, support the team, and ensure an excellent dining experience for customers. This role is suitable for candidates with relevant hospitality experience as well as capable candidates with strong leadership and customer-service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff activities.
Supervise waiters, kitchen staff, cashiers, and other restaurant employees.
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task assignments.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with sales targets, promotions, and cost control.
Prepare daily operational reports when required.
Train and guide staff to improve performance and service quality.
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant hygiene standards is an advantage.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Candidates with relevant hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
