Restaurant Floor Staff
A reputable restaurant is seeking friendly and energetic Restaurant Floor Staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming dining experience. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve meals and drinks promptly.
Prepare and arrange dining tables before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns politely.
Process bills and assist with payments when required.
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to work flexible shifts.
