✅ خبرة في إدارة العمليات اليومية للمطعم وضمان جودة الخدمة.
✅ معرفة جيدة بمعايير النظافة، السلامة الغذائية، وإجراءات التشغيل.
✅ مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
✅ إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

📢 Job Opportunity – Restaurant Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a premium grill concept restaurant in Dubai.
💰 Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 per month
📍 Location: Dubai

Requirements:
✅ 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
✅ Previous experience in grill restaurants, steakhouse concepts, or high-quality dining restaurants is preferred.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
✅ Experience in daily restaurant operations and maintaining service standards.
✅ Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ English language skills are preferred.

Preference:
Algerian nationality or Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the restaurant team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor inventory and operational requirements.
• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
